Elite Electro-Mechanical Solutions Ltd respects the privacy of everyone who contacts us through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us. If you use the enquiry form on our contact page, that is your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, the service type you select, and the content of your message. Our web host also records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostic purposes.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use the details you send us to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to carry out any work you subsequently instruct. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for those purposes and for our own accounting and legal records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We may share the details of a project enquiry with a manufacturer or supplier where that is necessary to price or specify the equipment you have asked about. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
Keeping it secure
Enquiry details are sent to our company email address and held on our email and business systems. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect them. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the enquiry form.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing need to keep it. To make a request, email info@elite-electromech.com or write to our head office at the address below.
Third party links
Our contact page embeds a map served by a third party, and our footer links to WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
